Shipping Policy
Please find below our most frequently asked questions around shipping and company policies, where you will find the majority of answers to any queries you may have.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail for all UK and International orders.
How long is shipping?
UK & Northern Ireland
All UK orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days for standard tracked delivery, 1-2 working days for express delivery, or urgent overnight special next-day delivery guaranteed by 1pm is also available.
Express and Urgent Overnight Delivery orders must be placed before 12pm, Mon-Fri in order to receive your order the following day.
Please note: We do not work on weekends. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday, the weekend, or a UK Bank Holiday, will be processed and dispatched on the next following working day.
(Eg- Order has been placed on Bank Holiday Monday, Skin With Seoul HQ will ship this out on Tuesday)

Europe
European orders placed will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
European Delivery Pricing

International
International orders placed will be delivered within 10-15 working days.

Delivery Policy
Please be advised for any delivery addresses which have been incorrectly mistyped/provided when placing an order, Skin With Seoul holds no responsibility and does not bare the cost for re-delivery.
Therefore any orders returned back to Skin with Seoul HQ due to wrong address or no collection from the customer's local postal office, to re dispatch your order, the customer will be liable for logistics costs incurred to re-dispatch the item, therefore the postage fee will apply once again.
All non-UK orders, please note customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, tariffs or duties as per your countries regulation custom laws on receiving international post.
For International orders, if the custom fee is not paid and the order is returned to us, then we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund.
Late or lost parcels
In the unlikely event of a delayed or lost parcel, please bear in mind delivery is not in our control. However, our customer service team will help you to raise an investigation with Royal Mail to resolve this.
In the interim period, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement until Royal Mail officially class the parcel as missing which is 7 working days after the estimated delivery date.
Upon this point, Royal Mail will then raise a lost parcel investigation. Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days to get back to us therefore, we would kindly ask for your patience in this situation.
Damaged Deliveries
In the unlikely event should your products arrived damaged in transit, please contact our HQ at hello@skinwithseoul.co.uk within 10 working days, and we will be happy to resolve this accordingly for you.
